​What does this coach do that makes him/her a great coach?
Andrew is always clear and concise on instructions, which help the players relax and understand what is expected.  All direction is always done in a positive manner and criticism is always done constructively​​.

What lesson(s) has this coach instilled in you/athletes/or others?
Have fun and work hard.

What is an important skill this coach has that makes them a good coach?​
Well-Rounded- Andrew knows the game,is respectful to players and coaching staff and he is always pleasant to deal with. Win or lose he make sure his players enjoy the game of soccer. ​

​Pick 3 words that describes this coach.

1. Reliable - Andrew stepped up to be head coach this year even when he was going to take a break from soccer and be an assistant coach-When there was an unexpected injury to the head coach, Andrew took over no questions asked.  Andrew never missed a practice or game.

2. Respectful - Andrew always compliments the girls and explains the game in a way that insures the girls understand in what they need to do or fix.  This is done without any criticism.  Andrew has a lot of soccer experience- Chris, the injured head coach, stated Andrew was very respectful.  When Chris was head coach, Andrew made sure he did not overstep the roles of assistant and head coach - Andrew provided recommendations in a question form - always very respectful even if some decisions were different from what Andrew suggested.

3. Knowledgeable - Andrew is one of the better players coming out of PEI-he knows the game and can explain situations in a simplified understanding way-He knows what is needed to improve his team.
