What does this coach do that makes him/her a great coach?
She expects her athletes to put in the same amount of work that she does at practice.  She leads by example.

What is an important skill this coach has that makes them a good coach?
Experience - you can't coach for as long as Lynn have, at the various different levels without learning a lot.   Everything Lynn has learned she has put back into the game in some capacity.  Her technical ability as a coach sets the bar high for all other aspiring coaches on PEI.

Pick 3 words that describes this coach. Explain why you chose each word.
1. Passionate
- you won't find another person in the PEI volleyball community as passionate about the sport as Lynn 2. Perfectionist - whether it is the effort she expects from her athletes or what she expects from herself as a coach....always strive to be better

What lesson(s) has this coach instilled in you/athletes/or others?
Hard work pays off; 100% effort; "you don't lose, you learn"; it doesn't matter where you come from, you can compete if you work at it.
