He always encourages and brings out the best in all his athletes.

Bob is so committed to The Biathlon Bears Program ... he has even spent a night at The Nordic Lodge during a snow storm. He also has started a Summer/Fall training Program for the Bear's athletes.

Always do your best and finish your race, it doesn't matter where you place, as long as you do your best.
